Venetian Hills Apartments

I don't know what type of sham apartment complexes is what's going on but the office is never opened they never pick up the phone and they look ran down

Bad management, landlord doesn't want you to disturb him when he is "blowing leaves " and he definitely Will Not answer the phone... I really needed a 1 bedroom apartment only just until I get it together. Didn't need No Stress and he really Stressed me Out, not only the way he was looking but also the way he Talked.

Venetian Hills has been there since I was about 7 years old and that was in 1979.
They have probably been around even longer. From the looks of them today, they have never been remodeled. They just need to be torn down. I don't know who would want to live over there. I can only imagine the inside of them.

Don't do it..I promise you don't want to live here..I don't care if you moved here from a 3rd world country don't move here. It will be the absolute biggest mistake you could ever make in terms of finding a place to stay. You will be emotionally scarred for the rest of your life and begin to feel like a savage in these living conditions. If you have any other option..any at all take it..this isn't worth your sanity.

**Edit** I had a lawyer and was able to leave that place and move into my new home without incident and am soon to be a homeowner. These reviews are real and true. If you need help contact legal aid immediately.

The reason no one answers the phone is because the so call mgmt (a man)...lives two steps from the office. He is always at home...this place is terrible....there have been several murders there...look it up...maintenance was a crack head.. and I had to report him because he came to my apt 10oclock at night.
There is a very overweight security guard, that's supposed to be some type of police officer, that steals people furniture during eviction... Speaking of evictions...every Friday, people were getting evicted....and people were stealing.
No honesty in mgmt whatsoever!
Every morning, the mgr..sends his children out to "dumpster dive', go thru or pick up bottles or trash! This man has five children.... that are homeschooled, garbage men, workers.
I couldn't get my lights turned on...because of a previous balance from Venetian Hill....VH owed 850.00 to Ga power....for a 3 bedroom townhouse that had been previously rented as separate rooms...and they expected me to pay for it.
Do not move here...it isn't worth it...
Sneaky, thieving, lying drug addicts run this place....
A murder every year...and when you question mgmt, why is the Media, and ATL police, crime lab, helicopter flying over your apartment?...mgmt will say, " don't worry about it, it has nothing to do with you."

My apartment was roached infested, I had fleas in my apartment the day I moved in and in the winter time we had no heat. I called and told them that I didn't have no heat in my apartment they didn't come fix it. So I went a whole winter with no heat. They wouldn't fix my ac for the summer. My downstairs bathroom stayed flooding. Every time my refrigerator went out they always gave me a use one with bugs in it still have pictures from everything. Please don't move there!!!

I give this place 1 star because I couldn't give 0. I currently reside at this rat and roach infested hole. DO NOT MOVE THERE. Nothing gets fixed when asked, the rent office do illegal practice pertaining to rent money. When I was there I came home to see countless people things thrown out of their apartments. I doubt that many people would not answer an eviction notice and be shocked when they come home to find their things on the street. My neighbor told me her home came with bed bugs, she's a clean freak so I know she didn't bring them in. When she informed the rent office they refused to do anything about it and never informed the people next door as the law states so that we may be cautious. When I woke up terrified to a rat in my room and my daughter's I ran to the rent office to inform them and they had the nerve to tell me "this is their home, we just live in it." I honestly think these people maybe on some heavy stuff. Look, I'm not a scorned tenant and I've never lived like that before in my life. I thought I would catch the deal and stack some dough while living there but that was a big mistake. Please even if you're homeless, don't move to Venetian Hills. I wouldn't wish these dwellings on my worst enemy. Prison would be better, at least it's clean.

The staff is very unprofessional. Do not put down any deposit until you have looked at unit and lease agreement. The staff will work together to steal your deposit. The lady will act like she is on your side while the guy just sits back and acts like some chief. Ummm I don't think so what a rip off. They keep peoples deposit. Read the fine print. They lie about availability. Where is the owner of the property??? Poor poor review. I would feel safer sleeping in my van than renting a place here. BE AWARE!!!
