Thieves...
They don’t do refunds, they just do keeps. No matter what happened, you will never get a refund. Customer service non existent… this company is like vultures, and dead hotels are their prey.
Took deposit from my company and from past two years were not answering on the pretext of covid and few months back changed the company name to be Hprotravel and contacted me to work with them. On asking about my deposit totally denied everything. Total scam.
Every one Don't trust this Co. and don't work with this fake company, they asked us US. $3,000 as deposit then they didn't answer any email since 1 year... please don't work with them.
