Villas At Wadsworth Station

If I could give this place negitive stars I would.
I have lived here for 7 years and each year gets worse and worse. They hire managers who are completely incompetent.
The heat in my apartment has been broken for 3 weeks and all I am told is they are aware. The courtyard is covered in dog poop. There is absolutly no security. There is a meth dealer 50 feet away from the entrance to the apartments. There have been 2 murders here last summer. Last winter we went 2 months without heat. The do nothing about loud neighbors or there rude friends. If you have kids do not move here. It's horrible. The good reviews of this place are not from residents. There is no fence. Their voicemail box is full and today when I went to ask about the heat she was on her phone playing a game.

A unique and warm place to call home. The villas at Wadsworth has a peculiar charm to it, with the light rail a stone throw away to the useful establishments nearby. Regardless of what these other reviews say, it is quite, up to date, and an inviting community! The peak of this experience being Demi; with outstanding patience, amazing service and response, followed by her good heart to do everything in her power to get you approved and satisfied, She alone at the pinnacle of these traits and many more, has made my search for housing a delight. As a first time renter, there was a multitude of turns and twists that I stumbled upon and papers needed refilling due to my negligence yet, Demi made sure I crossed my T’s and dotted my I’s. I would have given up to move on if it were not for her kind uplifting voice carrying me onward. I’m so glad to live here and hope you also have the pleasure with dealing with such a kind soul!

I have had a great experience working with Demi who is one of the leasing agents. She has been very kind and helpful throughout the application process. She goes above and beyond for her clients and that’s the biggest reason I chose to apply. If you’re looking for an apartment I would recommend The Villa’s at Wadsworth station and ask for Demi to help you!!

This place literally almost drove me mad. Their management is horrific and the woman upstairs was so loud I had to buy industrial-strength ear plugs to even sleep; They would do nothing. A laundry list of horrible things occurred here, including a grenade exploding in the parking lot. Avoid at all costs.

Reply to their comment: Not I'm not a resident anymore, I thought that was clear. I called the police and called/visited the office so many times, I lost count. It's as simple as either you're not keeping accurate records or simply lying to save face for potential new residents. Again everyone, avoid at all costs.

Noisy. Newly remodeled bathrooms and kitchens. Police there frequently. Even though it's a secure building, I didn't feel as safe as I'd like. Management is aware and trying to improve the situation.

There are no smoking signs everywhere, but the hallways smell like body odor, dead skin and cigarettes. Some residents smell so bad, you have to hold your breath walking past thier door.

I agree with you all on the one star. I'm glad I moved out of there four yrs ago

Yes I been thru the same problem you all been thru . Yes terrible managers , terrible maintance, terrible apartment complex and even a lot of meth addicts hanging out by the light rail...yes. It so horrible. YES THE TOW GUYS WILL TOW YOUR VEHICLES EVEN YOUR GUESTS WILL HAVE THEIR VEHICLES TOWS ..THESE TOW TRUCK COMPAINES ARE NOTHING BUT COLD HEARTED WHO GO ROUND , HAVE NOTHING ELSE TO DO BUT LOOKING AT ALL THE VEHICLES SO THEY CAN TOW IT AWAY SO MAKE BIG$$$

SO NEVER PARK IN VILLA AT WADSWORTH STATION . .WATCH OUT FOR THE BIG FAT WHITE TATTOOS DIRTY MALES WHO BE PROWLING AT DAY AND NITE LOOKING TO TOW SUM VEHCILES SO HE CAN CASH IN

The apartments is no use no more so might well demolish it and rebuild rtd garage OR EMPTY LOTS LOL. ...so no need to put an apartmentS OR anything. next to the light rail because it too many druggies and alcoholics over there..a lot weird a-----peoples Be hanging out there all day and night especially when summer time, yes it 'll get heat up and sum funk going jump off over there ashames...glad don't have to deal with it.

They finally put fence around it but still look rotten ..the apartments which look rotten..

The manager Sandra is a meth addict dumb arrogant .She would smile at you and be nice like she think she know the answers .She don't . She is an arrogant who will charge you more .Dont even deposit 400 dollar becaue when u ready to move out then u won't get all ur 400 dollar even if your apartment in great conditions then she will give you half .So I had to go battle with her til the owner of this apartment who the company manage the apartment have an office on 16th and Grant, so I went there To get all my deposit back. And I did got it all back..😁😁😁😁😁I'm glad learned my lesson never to rent out a rotten old run down apartment ..

So I'm glad I moved out because the apartment wasn't running right and the bldg itself it so old .N the pool is so small .Glad I didnt swim in it.
