Good place to spend some time
A small park, but a wonderful city center.

Relaxing in the mornings (mainly joggers and dog owners) and taken over by (many!) children in the afternoon-evenings.
Fairly clean, nice and agreeable. Safe at any time of the day, gets more beautiful as bushes blossom towards the summer.
