Rude and not helpful. They have a system where the workers are pit against each other. So, they don't look for you to have work. They just look at their own numbers (of people placed,they probably get paid by that amount, place more people get paid more). Even if they have a coworker who can place you, they won't just to make sure their numbers are higher. Not for you to get a job."If the head is sick, the whole body is ill". Why don't you listen to the phone call?

My husband went and is still going through TERRA STAFFING GROUP and I am now working on going through the same temp as well and they are amazing. If you have patience to wait for the right job for you they will find it to the best of their ability. Their staff is also very professional and helpful.

Pretty neat place! I got my online profile set up quickly and gave TERRA a call. Got me in the next day and had a job roughly 3 days later (if I remember correctly!). Awesome staff, everyone is friendly. Brittany B is absolutely stellar and I can't thank her enough for the work she put in to make sure this job was the right one for me. Felt right at home chatting with her! Over all great experience so far. Pay comes in every Friday, at least for my circumstance. Office ladies are kind and so funny! You have to check in the first two weeks before work and although I didn't necessarily appreciate it I know some people could really benefit from that. Plus it's not so bad when everyone who answers is really sweet. Anyway, highly recommend for temp work. Very low hassle, thoughtful staff. Takes a lot of the stress of job hunting off your shoulders.

I personally had a great experience with TerraStaffing. They kept me employed after I lost my job consistently finding me the work that I wanted to do not just what was available. My recruiter Brittany was very insightful and helpful kept me motivated and was always there if I had any questions or concerns really grateful for everything she did for me.

I have had bad experiences with staffing companies. The ones in the past seem to only care about the money they will get from placing you and not so much caring about what is good for you. I have tried to actively avoid jobs that go through staffing companies.

Terra staffing group was a breathe of fresh air. They immediately made me feel comfortable, asked me what I was looking for and waited patiently with me for an opportunity to come that was a good fit for me.

They communicated with me very well. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and polite. I would absolutely recommend this group if you need help finding a job.
