Pathetic service.. Been waiting here for a half hour.. No one present in the store to attend to my service request.. Very disappointed

Asked to deactivate sim, they did not follow through the request. Told us to contact jio customer care instead. And there's no option on the customer care helpline.
What's the pt of having store?
