The bento and rice bowls were good. The portion was okay, taste was okay. The sushi platter came out pretty late. The 1L orange jug was too sweet. Environment is nice, order with the QR code. Pay at the counter.

Slow on service , my wife's food arrive 10 minutes before mine, sushi was crumbly and fell apart on picking up. Nice flavour
the tuna on ramen was overcooked. agedashi was a bit salty. sushi was decent
Taste was awesome but serving was too slow. We waited for 1 hour to eat
i ordered salmon maki and the sashimi and the food took around 1 hour to come since there are "only 3 employees working." when the food came the sushi wasnt cut properly and some of the salmon tasted quite spicy. the sushi wasnt even cold.
The service was great, the quality of the fish is good enough for a sushi restaurant within a mall. If I have to compare it to its competitor Tei Sushi in the same mall, it used to be that the competitor has better quality fish but you usually have to wait a long time to be seated there, but to be honest, lately even the quality fish at Tei Sushi has gone down so I have no problem if I have to eat at Ichiban now 👍
