There is little if any wait time once you arrive to your appointment. It's easy to get an appointment w/in a reasonable amount of time. The staff there is friendly and knowledgeable. A+

I came here for microneedling, was not comfortable having “before and after” pictures taken as I have had places use on social media without consent. Employee tells me that it it is mandatory and if I don’t do it my money “will not be refunded”. Aside from this, the studio was overall unclean, and had dirty needle on ground.

It is very hard to schedule appointments here. Mine were often moved and they were often unavailable for weeks at a time due to being out of town. Not to mention the phone is never answered nor did the web booking via their website work for a package purchase. It wanted to charge me again - so I was often following up with the owner via text multiple times to get an appointment confirmed.

Location is not ideal for relaxation as it feels like a cold doctors office - but I know the Ashland address is temporary so hopefully that will get corrected in time.

I started with a Groupon facial which was ok. Nothing special, and made worse by the environment - but again hopefully that is temporary.

My biggest recommendation is before you buy an expensive package (I did a $1500 prp treatment package) get very explicit details on how many passes you receive with each treatment as I always got far fewer from the owner than if my appt was with a tech. This lead to very minimal results. And for $1,500 I expect results. It was absolutely not worth the money.

This place doesn’t even deserve a star. Warning: If you buy any Groupons with them, they will continue to cancel or shuffle around your appointments since you’re not a high dollar appointment. It actually pays to just go and get a good service elsewhere… the aesthetician also tried to upsell some of services there which is beyond annoying. Avoid at all costs. Update: scheduling conflicts that only benefit the clinic. Asking people to reschedule MULTIPLE times is ridiculous. You guys are just trying to take the higher paying clients.

Dyana was amazing! She did my dermaplane and was super clean and did a thorough job and took her time but was also efficient! She explained every she did through the process! I highly recommend her if you want someone gentle and Professional and super informative on the procedure you get!!!!😊

I booked the dermaplaning chemical peel, but she refused to do the chemical peel because I had extreme dry skin that was reacting to the weather and a somewhat recent change in skincare products. Thats fine but she still charged me for the full service I booked, not the standard dermaplaning I received.

It would probably be great for someone taking a very medical/no-nonsense approach to a long-term skin recovery process but I was more looking for a relaxing spa facial experience.

It was much less relaxing than other facial experiences I’ve received in the past, there was no music, no facial massage, it was very fast and the majority of the time she was just continuously critiquing my skin and talking about other treatments I’ll require every two weeks (tbh I’m pretty young and have no noticeable sun damage, my acne damage is mostly healed, still working on getting enough moisture in my skin in the winter, but I’ve spent a lot of time and effort getting my skin to almost perfect where it is now, so it was wild to hear her go off for 30 mins about every lazer treatment and service i would need to make my skin right).

After reviewing numerous businesses, I came across iBeauty Clinic and I am beyond elated that I did. My mom lost most of her eyebrows due to a medical condition and I was very cautious in my choice for her microblading. The communication was so personable that I felt as if we had known each other for years. The service and skill were beyond excellent and well worth the ELEVEN-hour trip (one way). iBeauty Clinic embodies the art and skill of extraordinary customer service, which is a rarity these days.
