Excellent French toast breakfast and coffee!

Very disappointing experience. We’re seated in a dirty table with tissues on the floor. When we finished our lunch and the desserts were served, the staffs didn’t even take back used dishes, didn’t refill our water, until we ask them for several times. The staff at the counter mistakenly put 3 duplicate orders on our bill. Even though they corrected the bill, the staff didn’t make any apologies. Really can’t believe it happened in Japan where people always pay attention to details.

You can find this cafe underground, lovely place with food sweets. We couldn't decide between the pancakes and the French toast so we ordered both. The waiting time on the pancakes is 20 minutes. Both were delicious, but we both agreed the French toast was better, and also saves the time waiting. Either way, great place to relax :)
