Place is in a flood zone and your car is not safe when it rains! Do not recommend!!

Lived here for over 18 years. Great place. Quiet and well maintained. Privately located off the main road. Brand new swimming pool and pet friendly (pets weighing less than 30 lbs.) On premises laundry rooms and private garages. The feeling of community is felt. Everyone know everyone else. Love it here.

We have lived here 8 years our landlord is Moshe Cohen ! He’s an amazing landlord cares about his tenants! I see below someone left a nasty review 1000% untrue !
Moshe is by far one of the Best putting it mildly - need something fixed he has someone here that day ! I find it sad when someone posts a review that is totally FALSE!
I raised my sons here and came back once we sold our property down the shore - because bridgebrooke feels same neighborhood looks after each other out of all these units you might have a handful of neighbors that just don’t care !

Got sent the invite to apply for an apartment here. Called the landlord Named Moe, he was totally rude and unhelpful, told me the apartment was too small for me not even having ever met me. Said goodbye and hung up on me!! Just was totally nasty for no reason at all. 4 other people have told me the same, of how rude he is. Wouldn’t recommend at all!!

Beware future rental residents looking to move to this development. “I share this as a warning”
This is a flood zone community. During the Sandy & recent Ida storm being one of the worst loss experiences. 100% property parked cars under water as well as all secured private garages.

I Lived at Bridgebrooke Condo's for 16 years. Enjoyed it for many years but I had to leave when the crime started. The crime became so bad they had belleville police on foot patrolling the complex. So glad I got out.
