Twice within a year now they dump my recycle bin lid in the dumpster! Both times noticed it is not the routine men. Followed the process and forms etc. the first time to be reimbursed and nothing so far. It’s been nearly a year now. Second time when it happened again, few weeks ago, I called this location and the manager promised someone would show up with a form the next morning (same process as first time) and nothing happened. Called back thrice thereafter to speak with the same manager who was never again available but was told they will relay the message and never did.
So much for following rules/buying expensive bins to avoid rats etc.

I'm getting fostering every Friday when I put my recycled out they don't pick them up. This is getting on my nerves. When I check around every other recycles are pick up but mine. I even have it on camera, trice I place a call to have them pick up, months go by no ones came. I'm about to call the news maybe then I will have my recycle pick up.
