Hamburgueria Burgers and Tacos

The food is good but the service is really bad.
They forced us to pay by cash telling us that the card reader was broken, they didn't bring any receipt and they forced us to give 5 euros tip.
Reading all the feedback now it seems to be a usual way to treat customers.

Unfortunately we read the reviews after we ate here…
The Sirloin Steak was dry as Sahara. The burger meat was desintegrating and had a strange taste. The glasses we drank from were not washed properly and the beer mug was hot from the washing machine.

I stopped by this place today Sunday because I was looking for a lunch spot something to eat. The person that was standing outside was not friendly probably the first person I've met in Lisbon Portugal that was very dismissive and standoffish and it surprised me because first of all wouldn't you want to be friendly if you want to get customers to your restaurant I guess he felt comfortable because he had a couple of people already. Not to mention that when I asked to sit outside he seemed very bothered by the fact that I asked him for a towel to wipe the seat down I understand that it was raining but there was no need to be mean and rude as a matter of fact he walked away and I waited there for more than 10 minutes and he never appeared it wasn't like he was attending to anybody I have to say that I just got up and left and didn't even bother and I am writing this review because if he is the owner of this place seriously he should do better and if he is a worker in this place he should have better customer service because honestly right after I left that place I went to another restaurant that was much more appealing much more friendlier and the service was amazing and the food was great so in a way you did me a favor but in the future I would suggest that you don't treat people so poorly just because they're by themselves you have no idea how much money I can spend eating first of all and second of all don't you think that as a visit or people should be treated with some respect treated in a way where it seems like you really want them there instead of trying to shoo them off.

I sat here at random and had one of the best burgers of my life! Meat cooked medium, blue cheese, black pig bacon and salad in a brioche bun.
I came here to leave a 5 star review and was shocked to see the negative reviews! My waiter was attentive, incredibly friendly and polite. The drinks and food came quickly. Everything was great.
I highly recommend this for a burger at lunch, it is very much worth it. Maybe the others had dinner here and there weren’t enough wait staff.

Nice little place in a central location. We sat here for about 20 mins before someone came to serve us, which could be worse I guess but could be better.

The tacos were nice, but weren't the best - could have more flavour. Staff were nice and seats were ample.

Good place/location for a quick drink, but as soon as we paid, while we were still drinking, the waiter didn’t care about us anymore, he just walked past and hit me in the back without saying sorry!

For a short snack and a once visit in my life ok - the staff was also ok, not super attentive but polite.
The Price is for the product too high. The taste was not that what I expected. (I had real Mexican tacos in North America and the taste to them here is no comparison worth) Wouldn’t visit it again. Sorry.
