Miniso is no more like before. Things are all expensive now and most of the things are not worth it, along with untrained staff who don't have product knowledge or any idea about the SKU s kept there

Last Sunday visited this shop and purchased a car air freshner, product was good. But the attitude of sales girl was worst, she is not ready to attend the customers and bad thing is she was blabbering if we enquire about the products displayed.
Remaining thing were good.

I don't really like the behaviour and approach.
when me and kid getting in to the shop they said shop will be open at 11:30am nom allowed to get in, just later foreigner entered and non stopped him. This shows how u guys treat Indians in there own country

Products with best quality. Especially the dolls are very soft and fluffy. Bit costlier but worth the money.

Decent collections and some products are interesting and looked good. But bit on the pricier side. But beware of the charges for paper carry bag. They charged Rs.100+. Very high for such a paper bag. Better carry your own one.

You can get all types of soft toys and it is like a feather and you can feel it.
But now the collection has become very less in VR Mall a little disappointed.
Customer care is to be taken care of. We can understand that people come for window shopping but sales people can answer the queries especially those who are wearing red color company t shirts are very rude.
I hope so many soft toys will come soon.
