Miniso store T nagar

Very bad service. They were selling out broken products just for the sake of clearance. I went with so much expectations and was very disappointed.
I sincerely advise everyone to not go to the Miniso in Pondy bazaar, Chennai

Very nice collection and very spacious store. Must be appreciated for the stores maintenance. Even the music played is very enjoyable :)

Hello guys,
Miniso is owning very cheap china products at very high cost. You can get the same products at other supermarkets at low cost or online.
I would advise you to do window shopping to check the price and then decide to buy it. Be careful they will charge you if you touch any product too.
Better try to visit and do window shopping before they close this cheap china local products at high cost.
I wonder whether people care to very the price before they buy it.
Better avoid such place and try to buy online and just do window shopping to similar local shops like miniso.

Very worst un professional and rude behaviour at billing desk by a male employee. The person at the bill desk didn’t allow to change the product within the shop itself and says it’s a company policy. We didn’t even take the product outside of the shop but still he was arguing even to the child and asking us to buy that product instead of exchange.
I believe it’s time for miniso to close the shop soon if they have some useless policy and showing rude behaviour to the customers.

Yesterday, I went to this branch. I liked one item, and I asked her could that be available in other colour. She said no without even looking at it. Very arrogant. In the inside isle too, they were chewing bubble gum and leaning there without a care, not even attentive to what the customer is asking. Simply saying "no, we don't have it, that's the last piece". Worst experience. Only good thing is bill guy was fast.

Amazing place to buy travel and home essentials. The wide variety of items are neatly stacked. In love with their perfumes and cute accessories. They're a bit on the pricier side so Miniso is always fun to visit to do window shopping.

Amazing place to buy travel and home essentials. The quality is good for the price. The Marvel stuff available here are cute and nice but I feel like they're a bit on the pricier side but Hey, it's cute!
