I wanted to return 2 trousers that I purchased on the same day but they have a pathetic policy that they won't give refund amount. Only we can buy other items it seems through something called a credit note that is valid for 3 months only. That too soft copy of the credit note will not be accepted if the hard copy is lost mistakenly. Customers read this carefully before you purchase anything here.
Pathetic staff who make us purchase stuff even if we just want to check things out just to get good ratings for themselves. Even reviews they ask us to give 5 star and mention their name.

Not much collections and one advice pls avoid joining max buddy offer utter waste just u pay more money and offer is a scam here

Really I had pleasant shopping experience. Staff are good, polite and helpful. Decent collections for all age groups with comparatively less price. No fake offers!. Exchange policy is really meant for customer satisfaction. I appreciate MAX management for placing a differently able person in customer facing to support and increase their confidence. Huge parking space. Only thing is they can work on promoting their brand more.
Clothes are really good. Especially the kids garments are worth for low cost. There are some essential TEES for men and women which are really really of good worth. No much parking space available. Also they will not provide any bag even though we purchase for 15000 rupees. There are TACTICAL😁 gifts when you purchase for some big amount. Staffs will be kindfull and they know the products and location.

Good place and similar to other Max shops. Away from traffic shopping areas, like neighborhood shop. Had many varieties, already done multiple purchases. Only problem not much options for XL & above.
