I had a very bad experience with the staff at Max dlf store, Noida.
It was shocking that Max could hire such rude and careless staff.
I don't recommend Max at dlf mall of India to anyone.
Even the manager was speechless about the situation.
Avoid it guys.

i will never visit this store again, worst customer service ever. Waited at the billings counter for about 30 minutes because no one wanted to do any work, they don’t even bother to tell from where the line starts , busy talking amongst themselves, shut down the counter to avoid working

Pathetic service, only single billing line..have to wait more than 45 minutes in the line for billing. Pathetic and disgusting.
MAX don't understand customer's concern. And I will not accept your sincere apologies. And please don't forward my feedback to your team because you will take our numbers and sell to credit card, loan peoples and ro water people etc etc and make money.

BILLING ISSUE - Pathetic service and untrained floor staff , PATHETIC BRANCH AND PATHETIC SERVICE ...I AM TAKING LEGAL AGAINST THEM BECAUSE OF THE MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HARRASMENT I HAD, i am raising a legal case against the staff of Noida GIP mall Max ,They have made us wait for 1.5 hours because their system was not working and while this was happening they were answering anyone anything , and their floor manager was on the floor, after asking for so many times on of their staff called their floor manager and he came and when i asked him he said they cannot do anything and we have to wait until they don't get solution and they don't know the time .....after that asked him that i want to talk to any responsible person among his seniors and he straight away denied that he can not make me talk to any of his senior … and i strongly recommend not to visit this branch .

One of the best place for shopping this is the cheapest store with good quality of clothes for men's and also for womens, you can buy many things here like jeans top, shorts, shirts, tshirt, trouser and all the items of boy's and girl's here is also an kids section where you can buy many things for your kids and also you can buy women's apparel, and this is the cheapest store I had seen

Good collection of clothes at affordable prices. Just the issue is with the place. The GIP mall is mostly vacant now. Most of the good brands have shifted to the DLF Mall just opposite to it.
