I was approved for a small loan to cover emergency vet expenses and was told I would get e statements for my loan. Never received a single one. I called their number to request said statements and was told I could be waiting 21 business days to get the statements via email. It takes 21 days to send an email? Shady company. Do not trust them.

All of the people that I dealt with during the process were very helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions professionally and were able to help with the application in a couple of instances when I needed it. Anastasia was great on the phone the very first day when I applied.There was also another gentleman that was working with me on the phone that same day, whose name I unfortunately didn't write down, but he was also very helpful and friendly. Overall it has been a very pleasant experience.

I wish I could give 0 stars. They are a very predatory company, and they don't even listen to basic requests for contract copy's and balance inquiries. I'll pay almost 4x the amount of the original surgery price I would have, by the time it's all said and done.
Please beware and avoid them AT ALL COSTS. Especially if you're low-income and are looking for help. My mental health has never been worse, thanks to iFinance.

This company needs to rethink who they hire and how these people treat customers who are trying to solve simple issues.
Sanna S had used the exact phrasing "I have made it quite clear in my previous email" which is a very demeaning way to speak to someone who is trying figure something out with a different level of understanding than an employee.
I will never do business with a company who employs such disrespectful people.

Really and truly appreciative of this finance company. They saved the day when my dog managed to chip a tooth and the vet wanted 1800$ to fix it. They have a long term open ended loan with reasonable interest rates and an affordable payment plan. The process was very easy and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

My elderly mom has spent half a day trying to sort out simple financing and has waited three times today for over 30 minutes each time for the call to be answered. Is there no way to arrange to call back like some services offer? She had already filled in an electronic form three times that wouldn't save. Also, two-step verification is simple for many of us but not for many octogenarians. It's important that your support people are able to coach between the cell and house phone and explain what these processes are about. I would like to be the one helping and supporting but my mom often forges ahead and expects service providers to help her with all of these issues.
