The people who work at this place like to work here because they get to do nothing and just sit back and relax and not help the people who is need of help. It’s sad just continue calling 311 against them if they not helping you.
It’s hard to get in contact with anyone at this location. There’s a guy that answer the phone and he constantly hangs the phone up on you. When you call back he send the calls to voicemail. The workers are very unprofessional. It’s a shame what people have to go through especially in emergency situations.
I been waiting for 3 months for an appointment, went down there 3 times and was told to wait again for a phone call. Why is this place open and why are they getting paid. 2023 citizens need help and you guys don't.
No help at all, I was in a very bad situation and I needed help with housing. What good is this if they not helping the community that's in need. No response at all, left several messages, I even went in person and a worker said that they were not helping at the time because of pandemic.
When I called the message say’s to press 3 to leave your information for a callback and when I press 3 it’s not a valid entry? What kind of game is this to have when people need to get in contact with this place. Unreal
They are all helpful. Whatever service is available they try to help. I am so glad I came across to them while having cancer. I highly recommend this office to anyone who will be homeless, or simply need help with anything, like parenting, childcare, avoiding to be evict in apt.
i have a one year old , at the time she was 10 months old , i lost my house in a fire and the hotel i was staying at gave me a few days . i never got the help they said they were going to give me and now my daughter and me have to stay at different friends house until i find an apartment
