Good book store and coffee place. Relaxed environment.

Unfortunately not even almond milk available. Barista says the manager was notified about the lack of it many times. I ordered coffee n still waiting. Not good for light skin people, they are racist! They like to keep Vegans segregated!

Good organization and separation of books by theme. Sometimes there are sales, so it's important to look out for these whenever one's out and about.

Leonardo went above line. He speaks very good English. Was super proactive and heard my girlfriend and myself talking about Portuguese-Serbian dictionary, went and found it for us. My girlfriend and myself both work with customers and we can recognize a good customer service. Leonardo definitely has a great one!

The place was nice with a lot of books, good chairs to have a chat and a coffee shop. Then child beggars were allowed in and were approaching everybody to ask for money money in exchange for some gum. This completely ruined the mood, instilled a feeling of insecurity and on top of that some of the staff were buying the gums from the kids, thus encouraging them not only to come back often but also to continue approaching more people inside of the store. Very unpleasant, made us leave immediately.
