I did not have a good experience with this store. Please stay aware before placing any orders!!
I have hypermetropia. I went in to change my lenses because the earlier ones got broken but the frame was intact. They first suggested me to get progressive lenses for ₹2200, but I wasn’t interested in them. As soon as I showed my disinterest in getting progressive lenses and requested for just normal lenses with electronic device rays protection, they told me the rate would be ₹700. They then told if I get progressive lenses the work would be done the same day in 2 hours, when I again denied for that since it was approx 3x the price and wasn’t what I needed, they started showing disinterest in my request and said normal lenses will be delivered the next night. I still agreed and paid for normal lenses. Guess what, my specs were not delivered on promised time but it was the next day when I got them. Now, when I checked after receiving, I see only one lens was changed, so I paid ₹700 to get just one lens changed. When I called the store, they told that ₹700 was the costing for just changing one lens, and he felt only one was broken so he changed just one. They have no clarity of telling the prices, and will show disinterest straight up when you opt for lower costing prices and not for something that is 3x the price of what you actually want. Its better to get your lenses changed or getting any work done in professional stores.
