Lesley was able to help me here recently and I just want to say what a pleasure it was meeting him. He was very patient and kind when it came to helping me find parking for my car. Just want to say thank you for being so helpful and kind.

I’ve been a monthly customer here for about 5 years now. It’s been through a few management companies in that time, now it’s actually an Impark garage, managed by Reef or something? The layers of ownership are confusing.

Anyways, the current on site manager is super helpful, and I have good experiences with prompt pickup etc. and I like being able to send a text for when I need my car.

Also, I used to get the occasional nick and scratch at the garage, but that has gone way down. I did have older damage that happened in the garage, and they were able to process a claim for it and fix it for me, even though the damage happened under previous management, which I appreciated.

Also, I’ve been paying $375 / month and it hasn’t gone up in the five years I’ve used this garage. That’s super expensive for the world, but not as bad as other Prospect Heights locations which are now over $500!!!

Anyways, I’d you’re lucky enough to be able to spend the $$$ and avoid street parking, I recommend this spot.

Courteous service and they have always had a space when I needed one. However, the app they partner with for payment (REEF Mobile) can sometimes be glitchy, and does not always communicate perfectly with their onsite system.

If your parking here for the Brooklyn Half marathon or other early morning race, know that you will sit in a very long string of cars the morning of the race and be late for the start line... doesn’t matter if you prepay. They are slow and usually have one attendant for such events. For a less stressful experience, park elsewhere, on the street or better yet, avoid Brooklyn traffic and don’t drive at all for the event.

Truly an awful experience. Despite texting well in advance, they are always late to get our car - and when it does finally come, it's reliably accompanied by some new dings or scratches. The staff are extremely lazy, slow and difficult to communicate with. Even when they screw up (forget to pull our car or pull the wrong car) there is no hustle whatsoever to remedy the problem.

They've let my battery drain twice now in the 6 months I've been parking here and have always tried to blame it on my car, even though the interior lights have been left on once we've managed to jump it.

Unless you enjoy torture, avoid this place at all costs.

Found and booked at this lot via Parkwhiz. Staff were friendly and courteous. While other lots have fumbled with a reservation via Parkwhiz I've made in the past, the attendant was on top of things and was professional - quickly doing the paperwork in order to provide me with the valet ticket. Parked here for an event at Barclays Center and it was an easy 15 minute walk to the venue. Great neighborhood as well. Thanks.

Used this place to park my car for a Brooklyn Nets game, This business made us a half hour late because an employee left a car in the middle of the parking garage without keys to move it. Service is meh.

Both incompetent and dishonest.

I parked our family mini-van here for three days while we were on a weekend getaway in Brooklyn. Big mistake. When I retrieved the car, the driver-side mirror was smashed. Dumb and Dumber were working that Sunday, and they did not know what to do, finally advising me to call back the next day, when a manager was working. I did and filed a claim. The garage denied the claim, writing "because the alleged damage was not reported until after the vehicle had been driven from the premises ...."

Avoid this place.
