Never open when their hours say they are. Don’t bother showing until 9 on the weekends if you want coffee

They wouldn’t let me into the Northwest Corner Building. Oddly there was yellow Police tape on the doors. Somehow, Joes was still open. I could see people enjoying coffee up there.

Good coffee, but too pricey (although I guess it is a NYC thing)

The service here was not great today. First, I had to wait for some time before I was finally served. I specifically asked for a small iced chai with oat milk and lavender syrup. When my drink was made, it was a small iced chai with regular milk and lavender syrup. When I pointed out that I asked for oat, the barista sighed dramatically, remade my drink and dropped it on the counter without making eye contact. It does not hurt to be kind.

Today I was sitting in Joe Coffee when I was accosted by a haunting sight. There he was, Joe Coffee himself, standing there in plain sight. I looked around me but no—no one else seemed to recognize the wretched figure standing taut across from us. He took a step and then another, started walking towards me with his sightless eyes somehow locked towards my own vision. I squirmed in my seat, yet couldn’t tear myself from it and evacuate my position lest I squander THE TEN BUCKS you pay for the coffee here what the hell

Loved the vibe! Building requires a Columbia student-ID to enter, and so please keep that in mind. Google search should mention that! Coffee quality and price were ok. I found them no different than Starbucks but then I am no coffee expert.

Great place to work and study. Tasty coffee, small but good selection of pastries. Kind and helpful staff. Note: requires a student ID to enter the building on Saturdays, unless you follow someone in

I love Joe’s iced oat milk lattes, they are strong, smooth and creamy I ask for a bit of syrup. It’s so delicious I can have them all day long. It sucks they charge for non dairy milk hopefully they can improve on that.
I do like the consistency in all the chains, no matter where I pick my coffee up it taste the same. I did notice that union square location charges more not sure why they doing that but I make sure I don’t go there. Coffee is pricey if you get large one gonna cost you around $10 with tips.
