Thanks God, I have been just to invest 2810000 in 2022. I was going to sign the contract, at that I called one of my friends, he told me not to invest.. they offered me to 141000 per month rent until the project is completed, plus 10% annual increase.. they have also given me lollipop
After 1.5 years they have to give cash back off 20%..
I respect you all, not to invest any under construction project unless it is completed ..

Salaam to all."KHURRAM BUILDER" in JUNE 22, purchased our HOUSE NO.27. CHAKLALA SCHEME NO.1 and sold it to third party with the promise that he will clear all dues till 1/7/23.But he has failed to do so .We are facing immense financial loss.Amount is in crores.
All he is using delaying tactics and never picks his phone and his assistant tells he is out of city. This man is not making payments according to the sales agreements.
Through this review section I am posting this so that he may get the message and release our money to the earliest.

Worst project ever.
One of the delay project in rawalpindi islamabad history.
Don't waste your precious money in 3rd class project.
Also their marketing company like venture agency is totaly fraud.

Excellent and unmatchable project. Love the very idea and theme. Nice, gentle and sincere people. May Allah give them strength and success to complete the project as soon possible.

Great idea for the future of bahria town. This project will be the landmark for decade in town and it will be a business hub. Stay blessed the great people with the greatest team.
