ANNABELLES customer service was sooooo dang horrible. She wouldn’t want to answer any of my questions nor my families. All she would continue to say is call customer service. Then she just kept starring at me trying to intimidate me, and things didn’t go well from there, she was very rude and very unprofessional. I’ve worked within customer service for over 3 years, and honestly I cannot believe someone treating a customer this poorly. Opportun has lost such a great client due to this person. It’s crazy to think how customer service impacts once decisions.

There were three people working, the one who helped me was very kind, the other 2 people, a lot of blah blah blah blah, and a client waiting for service, they should give better training. 06/13/20 2:40 pm

Check your receipts when their servers are "down". I went in to make a payment when their servers weren't functioning they only charged me 40 of 50 dollars. I checked my previous receipt before the payment I made when their servers were down and checked my latest receipt(after severs were down) took a good look, did the math, they only charged 40 of 50 dollars.
