Visited microcity for the first time...was pleasantly surprised by the service and patience of the owner ...even though I presented a very disheveled profile because I had be riding for hours and I was all dusty and filthy after a shoot . ..Till today I have been following up with him over the mobile and he was extremely helpful.

5 stars. Have known them and dealt with them for about 2 decades now. Very credible and high on ethics management team, and old and knowledgeable staff, they provide all Computers and laptops etc related sales, and they are amazing on high end gaming and graphics machines. They carry all top class known high quality brands from across the world, and provide all genuine parts and accessories etc. They also have some nice IT solutions which can be very useful for regular computer users.
Conclusions:
1) High end gaming machines specialists.
2) Highly recommended for all computing needs.

Well stocked store for computers, accessories & peripherals. They have a good service center too with knowledge staff.

The service centre sold me a poor quality cable but did not take it back even though I showed him it was of poor fitting. For a mere small amount of 100 rupees, he is willing to lose future business, I will not recommend this place. He still goes by the old 1980s policy of “no returns for faulty goods”. I returned my cable with original packaging regardless. To be fair, he had warned me that the cable may not work, but he did not mention no returns which is expected in this day and age. Do not buy from here if you are looking for electronic spares, Amazon & Flipkart are always better because they accept returns.
