The metro station was very clean and big.
The safety doors were especially helpful for alighting passengers.
The station was easy-to-navigate and the staff were quite helpful.

While getting out of Metro Rail there is more rush of passengers coming in and going out while it stops at the station sometime and hence only short duration (30 secs. or 35secs.) seems less and gives little uneasiness ........!!!

Really given comfort to check in and travel by metro train. Neat and tidy. Cleanliness is priority in metro. People follows discipline for onboarding the metro.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable level of service I experienced during my recent visit to your customer care center. The incident involved two of your employees, Sajan and Mukesh, whose behavior and lack of professionalism left me deeply dissatisfied.

Upon the customer care cabin, I approached Sajan with a concern regarding the functionality of my card. Despite being on duty, Sajan was not wearing his name badge, a clear violation of company policy and an indication of a lack of attention to detail. Additionally, Mukesh, who was standing in the cabin, took it upon himself to address my query without fully understanding the situation.

Rather than taking the time to listen to my concerns and provide assistance, both Sajan and Mukesh dismissed my issue and instructed me to visit downstairs for further assistance, citing a server outage. However, upon consulting with the downstairs executive, I was informed that the server issue was unrelated to my card malfunction. Instead, it was revealed that my card was not working due to a system failure, which could have been addressed more efficiently if Sajan and Mukesh had taken the time to investigate properly.

Furthermore, during my interaction with them, I observed Sajan and Mukesh engaging in frivolous conversation and joking around, displaying a lack of professionalism and disregard for their duties. This behavior not only wasted my time but also undermined the credibility of your customer care team.

Upon my return to report the discrepancy, I was met with arrogance and indifference from Sajan and Mukesh, who ignored my complaints and failed to provide a satisfactory resolution to the issue at hand.

As a paying customer, I am deeply disappointed by the level of service I received. Not only did I encounter a lack of professionalism and attention to detail, but I also experienced a blatant disregard for customer concerns. I demand that immediate action be taken to address this matter and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

I urge you to reprimand Sajan and Mukesh for their behavior and provide them with the necessary training to ensure that they adhere to company policies and deliver the level of service that customers rightfully expect.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that you will take the appropriate steps to rectify the situation and restore confidence in your customer care services.

What a mess with locals helping, you would get lost. We were going round in circles just to buy a ticket, and the staff couldn't help, as they couldn't be bothered. Thank god for the locals, especially one gentleman who not only showed us where to buy the tickets but made sure and translated for us took us to the correct platform for our destination, and waited until we got on and made sure we were looked after by other locals. Would accept any money, said it was his duty to help humans, pity the staff who just stand around couldn't be the same. Well done to the fellow human thanks 🙏 you'll always be remembered and we shall always try and live up to your standards. Great lesson of life

A near and clean metro station. The services are helpful and appreciated. Various food and other items options too. Overall, comes close to what we would expect from an airport maybe.

This will be a boon to those who travel in western suburbs for work. The stations are placed strategically near the big malls and departmental stores so the footfall increases there. Sliding doors near the tracks ensure safety. There is a place to dock your bicycle. Those of you who might feel a little adventurous can also carry ur bicycle in this metro, get down at rashtriya udyan (Borivali national park) and take a nice bike ride in national park. Waiting for all metro lines to start now ..

This metro line doesn’t get much crowd but because of that the metros are awfully slow. They stop at every station for atleast 8 minutes so andheri to Goregaon takes a staggering 50 minutes to reach which is insane.
It’s extremely huge and easy to get lost. You have to walk quite a bit.
The metro is extremely hygienic though. It is accessible for handicapped also. It’s extremely huge and you may get lost. But it is very well managed.
