Wellensteyn Berlin Alexa

Excellent service and very kind staff. As a regular Wellensteyn customer a had an opportunity to shop in many different stores, but this one in Alexa Berlin is for every recommendation!

The store offers good jackets but the one of employee was extremely rude to customers and to his own colleagues. He seems to be a manager or someone, he yelled at all his colleagues, very rudely spoke to them, very unfriendly behaviour with an old couple.

We were there on “ Verkaufsoffen Sonntag“ , we thought this guy must be stressed from all the crowd and customers but I went to buy jacket on usual weekday, there were hardly any customers. He was extremely rude to everyone.

The shop is well organised, the jackets and products are amazing and the shop staff very helpful and friendly

Having a nice collection and well behaving staff. I will recommend.

Good store and service, quality jackets and wide range of sizes including XS, but a bit pricey...

The outlet is really good and pleasant i would love to go and buy another one in few days or in a week
