It's a fantastic, well maintained, very clean community.
Very well maintained housing society. Neat n clean compound n huge parking spaces even for visitor vehicles, with security guard very strict and the view from top is amazing.
The society is very active. Very vibrant place to stay..and excellent maintenance.i love living here
It's nice but I am totally disappointed with their rules for tenants . They are 24k for gym for tenants. This is totally unacceptable. I hv been in so elite societies never ever did this happen. There is not extra charge for using club services for tenants. N that too exorbitant. Not happy
Good place to stay with greenery around
Lake Homes really needs to keep out public traffic from its private road-spaces. Just banners won't do. I took almost an hour circling the complex before I could enter Lake Pleasant on a rain-drenched July afternoon. So dense and unruly was the vehicular traffic.
Well maintained complex, good amenities ( jogging track, kids play area , swimming pool, lawn tennis , squash , table tennis n more )
