This is a pretty good place to go for a comfortable viewing! The recliners are great and comfortable, and the service workers there are very nice, which bumps this review from a 3/5 to a 4/5. However, I can't say this is a perfect 5/5 the theatre itself has some technical issues. Went to a movie screening recently and the projector was misaligned from the screen— not only that, when people complained apparently the cinema knew but didn't fix it before the next viewing. There are also some sound issues inside other screening rooms.

The worst theatre I’ve ever been to. An absolutely filthy theatre. Nobody cleans here and it smells like pee. I had to close another theatre myself because it was so loud you could hear it in mine. This is what happens when nobody cares even a little about their business. A gross place. I had to pick out jalapeño peppers from my drink holder and clean my own seat. What a disgusting place.
Photo is what the theatre looked like before the movie played.

We went for the late show, the place especially the washroom really needed a good cleaning. It was dirty icky, paper on the floor, toilets not clean, sink area wet, etc.
It's usually been clean and presentable but this time the cinema floors were sticky as were the seats too. Thank-God I had wipes to sanitizer the seats.
Didn't seem that Management bothered to check after the earlier show times.

We went to see Kung Fu Panda 4 and really enjoyed the experience @ImagineCinemas. The feeling of the cinema brought back memories of my childhood and really loved the reclining seats.

My family and I absolutely love going to imagine cinema. It’s affordable, comfortable and clean. We always have had great experiences at this location and the staff are always friendly and if matters to come up they resolve it immediately. It may not have as large of screens as some other theatres but the comfortable reclining chairs more than make up for it. Feels like you are in the comfort of your own home. Thank you and please keep up your high standards and terrific job!!!

Such a great movie theatre. Recliner wide seats that fit everyBody. Prices are all extremely reasonable. Staff are all so kind and helpful. It’s often quiet and not overly packed….washrooms are always messy and a little smelly, but just zoom past those.

A comfy small movie theatre with ten cinema screens. These very comfortable slouching chairs are such a plus for the price that we are paying. Widespread, it was a significant venture to bring family and friends for a movie. They have $9 tickets on Tuesdays.
