Bay Chapel

My wife and I have been going to Bay Chapel for about six months and I want to share our experience. We have always felt welcomed and part of this family. I always sense God’s presence in this place. For example, in this morning’s service, I didn’t want the music to end because the praise was so meaningful. That is what Heaven must be like, right? And Pastor Bria’s preaching today (as well as how Pastor Wes preaches as our shepherd) is biblically-based and beautifully vulnerable. I have never written a review on a church but felt led to voice this experience. If you are seeking a place to worship with kind and loving people, then try Bay Chapel. Bill Barksdale

First time visiting this church and it was so amazing!!! The service was great and everyone was so welcoming 🥳

My family and I moved here 6 years ago after the California wild fires and haven't been able to find a church that fits our family. After seeing how much Bay Chapel helps the community week after week, we finally decided to check it out. I wish I had come 5 years ago. It's fantastic, and we plan on coming as much as possible.

Bay Chapel is a wonderful church! My husband and I moved to Florida and wanted to find a new church to call home. We were welcomed with open arms and smiling faces at Bay Chapel where we were able to get connected right in small groups. The pastors and serve teams are all amazing. All are welcome at Bay Chapel!

I am a former Catholic who completely lost my relationship with the Lord many years ago. I could NEVER connect or relate to any message that my former Catholic priest gave. When I moved to Tampa, I felt God pulling me back to Him and back to a church. I did some research of local churches and stumbled upon Bay Chapel. I started by watching an older online message by Pastor Wes and I felt like he was speaking straight to me (thank you Holy Spirit). I felt so seen and heard and I decided to try in person the following week. I met the pastor's wife and mother in law that first day and for some reason, felt called to tell them my struggles (infertility). They hugged me and prayed over me and it brought tears to my eyes. I have felt like family ever since. They have prayed with us through IVF, a miscarriage, 2 high risk pregnancies and deliveries, and a premature baby in the NICU. This is more than a church, it's a family.

My husband and his mom (who were never big into church) now attend with our two miracle boys. We are SO BLESSED to have found Bay Chapel. I love that the pastors preach RELATIONSHIP over religion, as that has allowed me to grow deeper in my faith.

Bay Chapel is the most welcoming and friendly church! There are people ready to smile and wave and share the love of Jesus at every turn! But MOST of all…they are sharing Truth! We are all broken and not a single person that walks in there is perfect, and that is ok! Do you want to go where there is true humility and trust with a church family that serves a loving God full of grace and mercy? Then head over to Bay Chapel!

I know I shouldn't be rating churches, but right now, someone needs to know that Bay Chapel is the community my family had been searching for for years. Good biblical teaching, many loving spiritual leaders, as well as a loving community.
