If you are closed then have mngt put it on google. We went there took us an hour and these dumbos are still out of power 10 days after the storm. Let your clients know so they don't waste their time. Remember, you get paid. We pay you through our products.

I came in to exchange the Brooklyn Flats on 03-23-24 and David just had to give me an attitude because I was going to get another kind of croc and also wanted to purchase the 14 gibbit sale to get 12 for free. However, I did not understand why he was not honoring my return and was charging me the gibbets and the new pair of shoes which came out to 97 dollars but I kept asking him what about the money I paid for the other shoes and why aren't you reducing that from my purchase and he kept saying that I was not wise enough to understand. I asked him how much are the gibbets alone and he said 57 then I said that's all I should be paying for not the shoes because I was exchanging the shoes and he just gave me a terrible attitude. Apart from having to stand in front of him and having to smell that terrible breath of his, I had to put up with his poor ugly customer service. Please Crocs you customers deserve better I ended up just asking for my refund and I brought my receipt and the card that I used to pay for my original purchase. STAY AWAY FROM DAVID!!!!!

We bought some work crocs which are great by the way but Kevin had great customer service made us feel welcomed and helped us pick out our shoes and sizes thank you Kevin !!!

The women working at the store today were incredibly helpful when I needed to find a pair of Crocs for a secret Santa gift for a disadvantaged child. They made sure she will get the gift she is hoping for and I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate their help.

The cashier David was very rude and unprofessional. I purchased a pair of Crocs for my son yesterday for $54.99. I grabbed the wrong size and needed to exchange them for a larger size. The pair I purchased wasn’t available in a larger size, so I chose another pair priced at $49.99. The cashier proceeds to tell me I owe $3.51, how when my exchange is cheaper than the original purchase? Is excuse was because I used a promo, (which is still active) so the promo should have been applied to the exchange. He finally agreed, but the total amount was still incorrect so I walked away. Terrible.

Awful experience with a black male at the cashier. The guy thinks he is above everything and everyone because he makes $11/hr and then has the audacity to charge you and say: "you just wasting your money here"... As if he was the owner of my wealth.

While I love looking through the clearance and sale products, I wish there were more adult styles available in size 5. It would be nice for management to order for the store, as I do see them in stock on the Crocs store online, but works rather not pay shipping. Also, the store is usually pretty crowded and can feel claustrophobic in certain spots, so moving around the lay out or keeping some stuff in the back until merchandise has moved might help. For example, one day there were at least 4 cardboard boxes of clearance shoes literally just in the middle of the floor, almost all the same style and size. If they had to leave a box of shoes on the floor, (which really doesn't seem necessary ever) maybe one or 2 would have still allowed for a good flow of traffic.
