Shopping at the Saucony store at the Premium Outlets in Monroe Ohio & found the staff to be less than accommodating. When I needed a box from an upper shelf I motioned to the sales girl for help. I tried 3 times moving closer each time. By the 3rd time I was standing 6 ft from her when I noticed that she was scrolling on her watch /phone. It was then that she turned her back to me to speak into her watch!! I waited until she was done so as not to be rude & then I asked again if she could get some help. She then took time out of her busy day to help me. Very disappointing.
