Worst Service, I have call on the number and They did not answer me in proper manner.
Very bad service. I am a doctor and I sent medicines to siliguri, Hyderabad. Generally it takes 5 to 6 days to get delivered but my patients got the courier after 20 days!! Even for delivery, patients had to go to the courier office for 3 TIMES then they started the medicines. Even I have inquired for the same by calling their office on bharuch but unfortunately I couldn't get good response. Sending through post is much better option than sending through professional courier!
Pathetic service......dint delivered after six days just in the best city concludingly I had to personally pick up the parcel ,,,,and office has changed n haven't updated also ...public has to ask to neighbours on the old office to get the address of new location......and response on the new offiice was very rood n unprofessional.....the company should change the name to unprofessional courier

They never deliver on time. Courier handling is too bad, most of the times your courier will be in worst condition while receiving. I have had 4 to 5 bad experience with them. Latest being today when delivery person asked me to collect from society gate if i want my courier. He will not come to house to deliver. courier was sent a week ago in urgent mode.
Not recommended at all. Avoid at any cost.

My experience of this courier is fastly evading patience as my parcel couldn't delivered to Dubai. 10 days passed no sign of delivery. Is anybody hearing. Any helping person?
worst service also not talking sense and very ridiculous behaviour not able to deliver in city are is the worst thing i ever heard very poor service not having good executives also not have proper manare when we go at their office and attitude is high level if this kind of service i get so please close ur service i suggest
