Been using Galina for vacations for 8years never an issue great prices and service.
They scammed everyone and the person in charge ran off with all of the money from its clients after cancelling and refunding multiple bookings. Now people are unable to go where they had planned for summer and many families have had to return from the airport heartbroken.
Only reason why I put 5 stars is so someone will notice, CALL the BBB and file a complaint with your local Police Department and also your city councilman, and Attorney General. If there is a criminal complaint get a lawyer to file a civil class action lawsuit!
These guys scammed everyone. Someone please do something about this. I can not tolerate these people. Why did they did this to everyone. They toke people money and now people can not go where they supposed to go during summer. Specially me I was hoping to go back to Bangladesh and now I can't. I am really depressed.
Such a scammer! They cancelled all the bookings, didn't refund or even inform any customer! They just disappeared leaving hundreds of people shocked. They need to be punished.
