One Seagrove Place

Perfect location very clean. Very nice.

Condo is good for small family. Building is nice, but beach is tiny. Also there is a public beach access right next door so made a tiny, narrow beach even more crowded. During high tide not much beach to sit on.

If you want a beautiful condo with a great view of the ocean, as well as quick and easy access to the beach, then this is your best choice as far as my family is concerned. I’ve been to One Seagrove Place twice and I’m going back again this summer. Our rooms have always been clean and comfortable with nice furnishings. My family loves being on the beach and not having to drive to it or walk across roads to get there which makes this a great place to stay. The pool is well maintained often we have it all to ourselves. There are few, if any other, rental properties around this area where you can sit out on a balcony any time of day or night from a 15 plus story tower overlooking the beach and ocean with views from Panama City all the way to Destin!

Recently stayed in 1406! Great unit, and the best views on 30A. The building is under new management and there has been quite a bit of new investment in the property. Five stars all the way around.

We enjoyed our stay, staff was very quick to respond to our needs.

Our daughter stayed here this summer and recommended it to us. We really wanted to get away for a couple of days. We decided to go mid September and hoped there would be less people as kids are back to school. We were right. Beautiful beach and our condo is perfect. We plan to eat some meals at the condo and also go out. We are right on the beach. So beautiful and relaxing.

Very cute condos on the beach. I love that they are just down the street from little shops and restaurants (even though these restaurants are incredibly over priced for what you get there, that’s probably the standard for this area). Amenities include a heated pool, beautiful views and they are right on the beach. Our unit was adorable but the view was our favorite part.
