Terrible place to put a 'fishing' platform, right near hidden underwater rocks and weed beds that will damage your line. There are plenty of better spots around the waterfront that offer deeper water and better fishing.

Perfect!
Brand new spot on the lake front promenade. Nice view of Lake Simcoe, near Dunlop street. Car parking is in the vicinity. This platform is part of the lakefront park.
