Quality bags, purses and shoes at a decent price. Here is a list of my pros and cons of my shopping experience at Aldo in Burjuman Mall.

✅️ Pros:
* A variety of designs of bags and shoes to choose from, accessories and purses too
* Offers are there every now and then
* Sturdy bags, I have them for years now and they still look as new even when I'm using it often
* Nice designs to choose from. They have floral prints which I like now and they have plain and basic ones too
* Shoes are very comfortable and soft
* Decent prices

❎️ Cons:
* Some items appear old, and these are not even the ones on sale / on offer
* Sandal designs can be improved. They offer more designs embellished with stones than plain/basic ones. Hope they offer more basic/plain design sandals as well. Wedges are difficult to find in Aldo too
* Some staffs are nice, some are snobbish. Improvement on customer service is a must

The quality of Aldo footwear has declined over the years. I am unsure if this is specific to the styles made for UAE. Even though the price has gone up, the quality has gone down. Sandals and shoes that used to last at least 3–4 years start tearing off after one year of usage.

My experience in Aldo Accessories Burjuman is superb. The sales lady was very nice and helped me to pick what I want. She didn't disturb me while shopping but gave me the best customer service. Highly appreciated her quality customer service.

I went with my friend there today with my friend and 1 lady staff there told us that we are not allowed (with her arms swaying back and forth.. shooing us to go out) there just because we were laughing when we enter.. we felt like there was discrimination.. if the one who entered that store was wearing grand looking clothes for sure she will act good and be much approachable. 👎 unprofessional staff

Hi very disappointed with aldo burjuman mall i buy many things in aldo i never meet a employee like her (Philippines) she just make a 1 big scene for a free sunglass pouch she make me feel shame in that place for that even without check it she treat me like a theif Please take decisions i said check CCTV also if you want also so rude with me After that she find that one and she didn’t ask apologies also. Please take decisions for this thanks

This store is very friendly to their customers. I was attended by Dasang, she was very patient & helped me by understanding my choices. Would always visit this store for Aldo item!

Yesterday I have been there , I liked one shoes but when I asked for one more pair of it , they told me that it's not there... Then why did u peopl keep only one shoes for display . very bad management and also poor services .Better not to visit again
