Stylish and tastefully design airport. Full of designer branded stores such as Chanel, Hermes, Gucci etc. I visited twice, once in peak daytime hours and once during the early hours of the morning. Very busy during the day so be prepared as it’s a well used airport. They have plenty of facilities during the quiet hours of the morning though such as stretcher style beds to nap on whilst waiting for your flight, gaming stations, well equipped bathrooms and plenty of food choices (hot and cold). A nice place to spend a few hours.
Huge airport, good signaged. NO water anywhere! No where to fill bottles, water fountains are rare and the one we did find was out of service. Most airports have water stations all over, this one has none and you have to fill water in the bathrooms.
Huge airport but very accessible via RER B line (Train), buses also. shuttle connection between terminals 1 and 2 and parking lot. Departure well organized and plenty of screens with departure flight information. Check in desks available and line goes quickly.
Upon arrival there’s quite a walk to the luggage collection via escalators.
Business lounge in EU departure zone not impressive. A bit small and limited in choices.

A very large airport with lots of terminal buildings but it is not confusing, just follow the signs and check the screens and then you won’t miss anything’s I can say that here is user friendly and there are several shops and cafes in it. You can get to the city centre by bus or by train. It is easy to get them. This summer Orly airport is under construction so all the airlines are using here as a result there can be more crowds around

The train station is on site, and signage is excellent. All escalators and passengers conveyors working. Security was a breeze, friendly staff, no queues, and the place looks spotless.
The lounge was stunning, loads of plush seating, and really great views of the airfield. My 5-year-old loved it.
It was one of the nicest airports we visited and loved the interactive info giant board. Also the toilets were lovely, big, clean and looked fab! Well done×

Be careful with your bags when here, an old couple went to the rest room and by the time they came back their bags were gone, luckily they had their passports on them, when I was helping them and trying to approach people at the airport , they were as rude as they can be...they were like " it's their problem not ours" , what level of security do they even have ? Never have i seen anyone airport stuff being as rude as they were...
The airport is very okasyish our flight was delayed by 3 hours and we had to spend 7 hrs at the airport ...food is super expensive as they normally are at any airport !

Great airport. You'll definitely get your 10,000 steps in if you are transferring here, though, so something to bear in mind if you will be transiting (particularly at T2).
