My husband broke his favourite football mug and wanted a replacement. The mug was at least six years old but still look brand new, unfortunately it was no longer available and so he contacted the manufacturer, Moorland Pottery, asking if they could make a bespoke mug. Their service was excellent, they searched for the original template and found it on their computer. They then made two lovely replacement mugs and my husband couldn’t be more delighted.

I ordered some oatcake rum as Christmas presents and wanted to pick them up as I was worried about relying on the Xmas Post. I rang up and spoke to Michelle. She couldn't have been more helpful and even opened the shop early to accommodate me. Superb customer service and there was some ace mugs for sale as well as oatcake gin & rum etc. Highly recommended and thanks for being so helpful. Again.... special shout out for Michelle 👌🏻

Great Stokie gifts love the oatcake gin range expensive but unique gifts/treats and the ceramic bottles are keepsakes.vegan stokie chocolate too

Extremely disappointed in the mug I purchased. After a number of weeks a large crack appeared to the side of the mug running down to the base. Even more disappointing was the sheer lack of courtesy after my writing to the company. No response whatsoever, I will definitely not be purchasing any further items from this company.

Don't know if anyone would be interested but I like a gin martini and I love the stokie oatcake so I've experimented. I used 1 part Stokie Oatcake 1 part dry martini, 1/2 part monin honeycomb syrup. Shaken with 1 cube ice and decorated with a few strands of tangerine peel. Just another way to enjoy it but its lovely.

The Factory shop was open today after lockdown, so I called in the shop met the owner a very pleasant, polite, and helpful Guy. Purchased some Stokie ware mugs which are great quality, great design and eye catching colours of cream and black which goes Brill with my cream and black Kitchen. I will definitely call in for more in the future. Support your local Businesses and buy British help to get this Great Country back on its feet.
