Customer service is key when it comes to entertainment locations. In Chicago visiting family and we decided to go bowling. We did not feel welcomed we were the only ones there and we felt like the staff would have preferred the place to be empty. We will never go back.

Had an amazing time hanging out with friends. Looking forward to bowling again.

This is a place you want to go to have some good food and some bowling fun!
Let’s talk food. We walk in and got bar seats, but there are also are some booths available. We ordered crinkle cut fries and smash burgers—both were DELISH!!!
Good selection of various local brews on tap. Glasses are cold and I would recommend the Dovetail Vienna Lager.
Staff is nice, good service, nice clean bathrooms, food came pretty fast.
Recommended!!! 10/10

We had our high school reunion Meet & Greet here. The food and drinks are very good. Great for small to medium-sized groups.

The guy met us at the entrance and turned us around saying they closed 30-40 minutes ago , but it’s 9:20. The website says they close at 10pm on a Sunday, and their phone says they close at 11pm. Seemed very rude, couldn’t even give us a close time just said we closed 30-40 minutes ago. Well why wasn’t the door locked? If you didn’t want to serve us you should have just said that. This place is rude and discriminatory, do not spend your money here.

Update: I’ve sat here for 10 minutes and I’ve watched people come and go and the same guy says nothing to them. So clearly he’s lying to a potential customer and letting in who he chooses.

Comfy, clean and family friendly. Had the Waygu burgers with BBQ Brisket. Absolutely amazing. Great chocolate shake and great fries. A total win!

Great place to visit alone or meet friends and family. The food is made fresh daily and taste delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful.
