The most impressive features of this airport lie beyond the secured/transfer zone. So, don't expect to find those breathtaking waterfalls and activities you might have seen on TikTok within the secure zone. The airport, within this zone, doesn't give off a very new or distinctive vibe; the ceilings are quite low in places.
Food options and shops are plentiful and can be found everywhere.
The true treasures lie in the maps they provide throughout the airport. In my terminal, I discovered the cactus garden, Lilly garden, and an outdoor walking area. Utilizing these maps is incredibly helpful for passing the time while waiting for your flight.

I had a layover for 8 hours and it was not enough that’s how big and nice the airport is! So much to see and do. I feel like every single thing that I need was in this beautiful airport Food, shopping and entertainment!! This is a well thought out airport very beautiful and very clean.This is definitely one if not the best airport in the world.

One of the most beautiful airport i visited.
Its best place for transit flights. Many duty free shops and so many varieties to buy.
Many seating facilities. Very clean wash rooms, having water facilities. Friendly staff. Well hearing anouncements.

The airport has a lot of attractions and it is beautiful, but the service is subprime. The food court don’t open until 10 am, so if you have an early flight, the only option is seven-eleven. The sitting area are segregated by vendors and we are not allowed to sit anywhere but inside of seven- eleven. When we finish our food and ask for napkins, the employees said there is no napkins available. Our children went to some attractions. $80 USD and one hour later they are done. They said some attractions are very goofy.
Compared with many airports around the world I have been, this one is only give eye candy, but not much real value for the service compared with the price.

Singapore airport or Changi airport is one of the favorite airports of my travel list, self check in to the airport and quick customs and immigration clearance is one of the best things. various nationalities cuisine makes this place a more favourite place of mine.
