West Lakes Beach

Beautiful little beach we loved it and it was our dogs first time.

Good place for fishing , walking , swimming, and peaceful views.

Nice clean beach with easy access and all facilities. Also good peaceful fishing spot.

Toilets available around the lake area in a couple of areas for the public. Assorted Cafes available and the lakes hotel nearby. Some seating and tables available throughout the walking path. Takes about an hour to walk from the lakes hotel around the Delfin island southern end. On leash Dog friendly area. . Parking is available in areas throughout. Fishing is also permitted in and around this area also.
Plenty of photo opportunities for my puppers too!
There are a couple of playgrounds available and a small outdoor fitness area.

Lovely fishing. Good place to walk dogs, kayak, SUP.

From being a Man Made Lake....it is quite Pretty and has SO much more potential!I was VERY DISGUSTED in the LITTER,although in saying that,there is maybe 2 bins that I seen!Instead of looking for shells,I spent my time picking up Rubbish!Hardly any Wildlife....

There are several small beaches around West Lakes, which are not very wide or thick, but the children can still have a good time. It's convenient to park around. You can often see people playing water sports and fishing.

Nice little stretch of sandy beach, good for walking and little swim, Some fishing if lucky.
