Beiramar Shopping

Good sized mall with many shopping options and good restaurants in the ground floor.

Great downtown area for shopping, window shopping, and coffee and drinks. Lots of variety for whatever you want to do. Pretty high class shopping mall overall in the heart of the city. Go here to admire the clothing options that you have anf maybe get something new.

Nice mall with a lot of high end shops alongside the normal. Huge food court with many interesting choices and plenty of places to sit and eat. Stores don't open up until 2PM on Sunday. Ocean access the street too.

Excellent and clean mall. Clean, modern, well kept washrooms on every floor. Comfortable seating sofas each floor.

Simple in design, not wide, and goes up vertically makes the mall easy to navigate. Excellent location near the boardwalk/malecon.

It has a lot less stores than I expected and also a very limited amount of restaurants. The best thing about it is the wonderful views of the Florianopolis bay from the parking floors.

Well located and close to the Beira Mar bay sidewalk. It’s a small place and has a few variety of stores with mostly national and very few popular brands, but overall is good.

It's neither the best nor the largest; but is the most convenient and cozy shopping place in downtown next to the Bay. Lots of place to have cake and coffee after a good walk by the Bay as you can see in my photo. There's also an heliport just across the street. During the pandemic every entrance had temperature detection camera, that would not slow you down entering the place. The stores are stacked up and there is a food court on the third floor.
