Steven is the best! We hired him as the photographer for our wedding and he was incredibly responsive and professional throughout the planning process as well as the big day. Most importantly, though, the photos he took were excellent, and perfectly captured our wedding. All of the guests who attended couldn't believe how good they were. We're so glad we found STAK - highly recommend!

We have nothing but great things to say about Steven. We initially heard about Steven because he was recommended by our venue and we fell in love with his sample shots. Unfortunately, we were the “lucky ones” to have a wedding during the age of COVID which caused us to pivot to an intimate backyard wedding. At first, we were a bit nervous as Steven would be unfamiliar with our backyard space, the lighting, the angles, etc. But we honestly could not be happier with how our pictures look. Steven was very accommodating through the ever-changing situation, staying in contact as needed, to make sure we felt comfortable the entire time. It’s amazing how as one person, Steven was able to capture all of the different angles, all of the different people, and all of the different memories. He captured every moment, even the ones we didn’t realize he was a witness to. Steven was able to look around and instantly identify the best spots, making our backyard look more like an expensive venue. It’s clear after spending a little time with Steven, he truly enjoys what he does, and that shows in each memory we now have captured in pictures. We look forward to having Steven photograph our larger wedding next year and look forward to more incredible pictures.

We booked Steven after seeing the photos from our friends' wedding and are so happy we did! He was very flexible with our wedding situation and custom creating a package to suit our needs. Our engagement shoot almost was derailed because of rain, but he was flexible with that as well! Our photos are absolutely stunning - he captured all the emotion and feelings for all the different events! He was so responsive during the whole process, and especially during our album creation/review! So happy we used STAK for our wedding!

My husband and I are obsessed with our engagement & wedding photos! Steven was an amazing photographer and we are so happy we made the decision to have him capture our wedding. We were referred by a friend and we decided to meet with him after looking at his photos. We loved his candid photos with so much emotion. We also saw that his photos were great in all different types of lighting. We loved meeting Steven in person and made the decision to have him as our photographer then.

We met Steven over a year before our wedding and the whole process was seamless. It really helped that Steven was very responsive and organized. He answered all of our questions right away, which I really appreciated. He was always professional and never late to anything. He followed up and confirmed all our deadlines/meetings and let us know in advance when our photos would be ready.

The best part was getting our wedding photos. Looking through the whole gallery really brings us back to our wedding day and reminds us of the feelings we had that day. Having Steven take part in our wedding as our photographer was by far the best decision we made. Steven was responsive through email, text and phone at all times of the day. As soon as you view his previous work, you immediately understand why he comes so highly rated. He truly is on another level compared to the hundreds of other photographers that you may choose from. I found myself drawn to Steven’s work in particular as I wanted my wedding pictures to not only be a showcase of my closest friends and family, but also to show true, raw emotion. Steven accomplished this in ways that exceeded my expectations, and my friends and family were equally in awe of Steven’s talent upon viewing the photos he took at our wedding. When our album was ready to view, my wife and I sat down with Steven and went through each and every photograph, which was presented to us in an elegant, thoughtful slideshow. As we sat there, we laughed, teared up and, at the end of the slideshow, knew for certain that we were working with the best there is.

Steven was super kind and patient with us and shot our engagement photos as well. My husband and I are not very good with photos and do not like posing (we always come out looking awkward), but Steven did a good job of capturing some amazing moments.

During our wedding, we had a lot of things going on (with a ton of people running around everywhere), yet somehow he and his team were able to capture EVERYTHING (including our dog who was part of our wedding). The photos are so genuine and he captured real-life moments. The quality of the photos are also really great -- we are so happy that we chose him.

I definitely recommend getting at least two photographers if you have a larger wedding (we had a little over 200). With two photographers, Steven and his team were able to capture every single guest and all moments of our wedding!
