Needed help with faulty ticket, they just made us buy a lost ticket. The service was terrible, rude, onproffesional and just doing the bare minimum, which is answering the phone and hanging up. I would strongly advice to look for another parking.

11/05/2023 - Parked for 1:40h, at the cost of €10. Don't you think you're exaggerating? It would be good idea if this amount, which I'm guessing now is a flat rate, was clearly stated somewhere.

Lazy pricing - parking assumes you are spending the whole day there, so it's flat-rate 10 euros. You can theoretically reduce it by validating parking at Kinepolis... so if you are coming then be sure to maximise your time here. Convenience is unbeatable but still, ouch ouch ouch.

They might be able to justify the cost if they installed a whole gang of EV chargers (even if it was paid) as it would make it even more convenient.

Was there for 45 minutes and paid 10 Euros ! It's a scam. Now I can understand why so many vacant parking spaces are/were available.

Reduced to 3 euros instead of 10 after validating the ticket in Kinepolis. Lots of different parkings that aren't connected to each other which was a bit confusing.
