Epps Park

It is a residential park. Limited parking and no restrooms. Just a nice plce to relax in front of the Hillsborough river. A 10 minute walk at maximum.

Best park on the Hillsborough River hands down... They have benches right on the river's edge for fantastic views of the wildlife. Plenty of smiling faces commonly walking the grounds, however, it's never overly crowded. In my opinion it's Seminole Heights best kept secret, so don't tell anyone I told you 🤫

Could use some sprucing up, new benches, and some TLC to bring it up to speed and looks.

There was an Easter egg hunt at the park for the neighborhood dogs. It was so fun & a beautiful day.

Nice neighborhood park to walk your dog or to sit and enjoy the water. This is a public park but it feels private. There is no parking which makes accessing the picnic tables a bit of a challenge. There is a dirt road/driveway to the residence's that face the park & river but no main access road. This park is definitely for the people if this community. If you are a park person or looking for a new park for your family Epps Park is not it. I did not see a play ground or trail or covered picnic area. I would not go back.

My childhood park, my old age park. Put your kayak in, aggravate the muscovy ducks, appreciate the whistling black bellied ducks and other river life- you can see the fish jumping! Watch out for the gator.

Except for the litter, which is humans, this is a wonderful park. Plenty of trash cans unused. Nice signs as well...
