Highly recommend this venue! Kelli and Laurie are amazing - the whole staff was fantastic during both the planning process and the day of the wedding. Kelli and Laurie were so attentive and made sure we enjoyed our day. The food was delicious as well. It couldn't have gone smoother!

My husband and I were married at Pinehills this past August, and cannot recommend the venue and the staff enough! Kelli was our coordinator, and throughout the entire process she was there with answers to any questions we had, recommendations for other vendors, decor, timeline decisions, you name it. What truly made Kelli stand out in our eyes was her flawless coordination on our very rainy wedding day.

Kelli worked with our photographer when we arrived at the venue and basically rearranged our entire timeline to help us maximize breaks in the weather to get as many pictures outside as we possibly could. Kelli and so many staff members met us outside with umbrellas when the wedding party arrived, and also helped guests stay dry moving between the ceremony, cocktail hour etc.

Our bridal assistant Lori was SO attentive and helpful, keeping us fed and hydrated throughout the night! All of our guests raved about the food and drinks, and service from the entire staff all night. We are SO happy we chose Pinehills for our wedding, and can't thank the entire Pinehills staff enough for helping to make our night so perfect!!

Look no further than Pavilion at Pinehills for your wedding venue. Our wedding coordinator Katy and the Pinehills staff were absolutely EXTRAORDINARY. Our wedding day in August couldn't have gone any more perfect, and that is all thanks to Katy. Our guests haven't stopped raving about how smooth our wedding day timeline was. From the ceremony, to cocktail hour (with AMAZING passed apps), to our incredible reception (dinner was 11/10 SO good!!)- Katy and the Pinehills staff took care of it all. She made our vision come to life- she went above and beyond and executed every detail flawlessly. I felt so at ease knowing everything was taken care of and in the best hands. I couldn't have asked for a more organized, attentive and personable coordinator- Katy is truly the WHOLE package!! Overall, the team and the venue itself will surely not disappoint- we were so blown away and couldn't recommend it more!!!

My husband and I got married at the venue this past July and the entire experience was absolutely incredible!! From the first tour of the beautiful property, to working through the contract and all the details, to our wedding day, Katy and the entire team were responsive, helpful and absolute pros! Katy is truly the best in the business and we felt so grateful to be able to work with her! We didn’t use a wedding planner and we didn’t need one because we had Katy. She made the entire process completely seamless! On the day of our wedding she was there every single step of the way making sure everything went smoothly! Aside from how incredible Katy and the team are, the venue is absolutely gorgeous. A true dream venue with the most beautiful ceremony and reception spaces! We can’t recommend Pinehills enough for any wedding or event you might have!

Katy, Kelli and Lorie from Pinehills are a dream to work with. They are genuinely helpful and care so much that their couples have the perfect day. I love photographing wedding here. The tent is so swanky with the chandeliers, and the rustic-chic ballroom is the perfect combo of chill and fancy for a wedding. The dance floor is always so fun here for some reason, maybe it's because all the fun couples get married at Pinehills!

I CANNOT say enough about the Pavilion at Pinehills and Katy Valentine. Seriously I would give 50 stars if this would let me. My husband and I got married on Saturday and everything down to the last detail was perfect. Katy answered every email and question promptly and with kindness and was just so helpful. We planned our wedding from New Jersey and she made it so easy to plan despite it being from 300 miles away. On the wedding day both Katy and Laurie were so helpful in keeping everyone (aka me) calm and collected. The venue in and of itself was beautiful, but with their help setting everything up it was next level gorgeous. The food was absolutely incredible, guests have been nonstop telling me how great it was and how much fun they had. Please just have your wedding here. It will be amazing.
