This so management is the worst most horrible rental office I have ever dealt with Especially the so called manager Laquaisha. She is the most unprofessional, immature employee there. I can only surmise how she became manager. It sure was not for her professionalism or management skills. She doesn’t like me personally so she makes sure that nothing ever gets done in my apartment. There are 23 violations in my apartment alone. She sends these so called workers too my home whenever she feels like it while I’m at work. Then says that I denied entry. Of course I’m not there. She sends my calls to voice mail when she sees my number. If she answers she places me on hold for no other reason but to annoy me. Again, unprofessional. If I can put them at ZERO I would because they’re not deserving of a ONE. I WILL BE POSTING PICTURES SOON.
@Samuel Desir. You’re either a relative or an employee of said management. Because you’re the only one in this world who feels that way about them. Look around everyone is in agreement to their horrendous behavior but you give them 5 stars ? Give me a break ! No one believes that.

Been living on these apartments for ever, the repairs are subpar to say the least. Been without a functioning intercom for over 3 years, and with leaks in windows and ceilings all the time. But when my ceiling collapsed this time around, ruining my bed, my floor and hurting my aunt, they have not responded even though I have called so many times, they just take a message and say someone will call me, but they don't. This landlord is the worst

Waiting for 11 months now for our deposit back. Each time we're calling their office, the staff is being unfriendly and rude. No email response, as well LaQuasia Thomas has been extremely rude throughout our many years lease. During our lease, we've had ongoing bathroom leaks from the unit above and the toilet didn't worked for a few months. This management company is extremely unresponsive and unprofessional.

LaQuasia Thomas is bias and conveniently unorganized with the hopes that the person has moved on. Had to contact DHR to report her behavior.

The worst management company in NYC. I wish I could give this place -10 stars. The building is infested with rats in the walls and ceilings that they do nothing about but throw poison and let them die, rot, and smell. The building barely has any hot water so have fun taking cold shower all winter long. And to top it all off, the women who work in the office are the rudest most miserable people I have ever met. LaQuasia Thomas has got to be the most miserable of them all. I have never seen such terrible customer service and communication. Save yourself some stress and do not live in one of their buildings.

Management is horrible. Constantly makes up stories and excuses for horrible work. Rent is constantly changing and loving conditions are treacherous. No renovations and when they do it is worse than what it was before. Little to no hot water. Land lord doesn’t care about living conditions and horrible rodent infection.

You don’t know what a truly a horrible apartment management company is until you deal with these folks. Absolutely rude and never willing to help. Below is just one of the many situations we had with them.
There is no online payment and you have to pay be sending them checks/money orders. They once misplaced our check. When we asked if they could look for it they refused and requested a new check to be sent. I have been in their office and seen how disorganized they are so I am not surprised they lost the check. We then voided the check and sent them a new one. Of course they charged us the late fee. A couple of weeks later they found the missing check. They were told it was voided yet they tried to cash it. Guess what? They charged us bounced check fees. When I emailed them and asked to adjust our bill to remove the two fee charges they simply didn’t respond to my emails. You think you can elevate the issue to the upper management but you can’t. We asked if we could speak to someone up the ladder and they simply answered “No”.
We were, in fact, never in any situation permitted to speak with anyone except the receptionists. And that, by the way, included the super. We weren't permitted to call the super even when, in the dead of winter, the building's heat went out. When we contacted the office to have someone come out and work on the heating tank, we were told that this didn't qualify as an emergency. The temperature in our unit (as well as in others) was near freezing. Does that sound like "not an emergency"? And does that sound like the response of a dependable and humane apartment management company?
And believe me, it’s not just us: every other tenant we met was deeply unhappy with them. The management seems to be the prime reason people move out. Please avoid them at all costs!

Nasty receptionist that works there, have you on hold, then come back to the phone with an attitude like you did something, poor poor customer service skills, very unprofessional. Never want to do the repairs in the apartment, you call for the repairs then the day of it's a no show then you call to find out what happen , all to find out you never was put on the list, even when they called to confirm. They don't exterminate you have mice, baby rats, and water bugs running around. They don't take out the garbage it piles up and over flows on to the side walk. Just nasty. Make sure you keep a tab of your rent receipts they are good for telling you, that you owe them rent. I'm sure they have plenty other violations
