Wow… been a while since I encountered with such rude staff. Lady in the changing room (dark hair with foreign accent) should really work on her attitude- especially mean, condescending tone, treating customers like misbehaving cattle. Cherry on the top was when the system went down and after spending 20 min in queue I had to leave without buying.

Helloo I came few times and the experience was lovely for a busy day everybody was very lovely. I’ve been coming recently and a certain person has been lacking manners and hospitality. He is tall with glasses and a little beard and 🌈(this is the best way to describe as I don’t know his name)

Hello there, I don’t want to sound rude but that’s the only way I can describe him. TALL GAY AND WITH GLASS absolutely appalling disrespectful and horrible attitude towards customers and this is not the first time.

Over the weekend I had a very stressful experience at this store. Having found some clothes to try on I went to the first fitting room I could see. Once inside and trying on my clothes a male staff member opened the curtain and looked directly at me while I had my trousers down shouting at me that I was in the male changing room. Whilst this may have been the case, I did not see the sign and felt completely harassed, humiliated and exposed by the male staff member, who could have simply waited until I had redressed before politely telling me I had gotten confused.

Went here for 9am on Saturday as it says it opens at 9am, but it actually opens at 10am! Errrr

Good clothes but lack of staff at tills is very frustrating even more so when you pay by cash. Staff very much of a don't care attitude

Aug 23, 2023 One lady who works there was arguing with this poor girl about her hours telling her in public in front of customers to “count with you fingers.” As her co-workers looked on uncomfortably, treating her Like she’s a child.

If you are a foreigner they are not patient. The dressing room lady got mad at this young lady who was not from the UK for leaving her 2 clothing items in the dressing room and not hanging them back up. and she was all the way across the store and the dressing room attendant told her to come back and hang up the clothes… it was clear that she was foreign and did not know the norm. Just very smug… it was just the manager I believe and the dressing room lady at 3:30 on this date.

Please be respectful… there are no signs that say hang your clothes back up and it’s inappropriate to discuss internal things in front of customers…

I am only writing this in hopes that a more welcoming environment for others not of the same nationality will feel comfy. Please do not discuss internal affairs in front of customers and if a customer leaves something. Do not embarrass them by having them come back through a crowd of people who are shaking their heads to hang up their two items, worse comes to worse you lost 5 seconds Hanging up 2 items again… be kinder and more patient.
