The most amazing experience I have here aside from the food is the people. They are kind, amazing people. Bishal is really accommodating and render good service to us even Seid. They are good and really cater our needs. May you keep them and give them appreciation for the kind of services they give to your lounge.

Bishal service delivery was excellent , he welcomed us with smile and greeted us in our local language which made us feel more comfortable. His attention to detail was impressive, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout our stay. The level of professionalism demonstrated by Bishal was exceptional, and it was evident that he took pride in his work. His friendly and approachable demeanor created a positive atmosphere, making our experience even more enjoyable. We were truly grateful for Bishal's outstanding service and would highly recommend him to others.

If you like cold coffee, soggy lettuce, reconstituted chicken and poor service, it’s the place to go. Not impressed at all. Reluctantly paid for food we could not stomach. Shall not return.

Staying in Doha for 14 days for a business trip. Having my daily routine with meetings online at the luxe lounge. Mrs. Maureen is performing an excellent and super professional service! Thanks for my daily double espresso macchiato - it tastes delicious -…if you are looking for a quiet place with a good wifi connection and excellent service this is an excellent place to go!

Love the ambiance and the excellent customer service! Their pastries are superb and love extra candies and chocolates for kids. Jingue is a gem! Very proactive and pleasant. I would love to come because of her. Highly recommended!

Ordered club sandwich and a coffee both are within expectation.

They have a giant Nespresso machine (cafe grade) if you wonder what coffee they used.
